Políticas de Cancelación

  • Cancelaciones entre 23 horas y 12 horas antes NO son reembolsables.
  • Las actividades no se cancelan por razones climáticas, solo si la empresa considera que es peligroso realizar el tour.
  • Para cancelar por enfermedad, el cliente deberá presentar comprobante médico.
  • En caso de embarazo, límites de peso y condición física requerida; consultar las restricciones de cada actividad con el personal de Frontdesk.
  • San Bosco Inn cobra la totalidad de la actividad, en caso de no cumplir con estas políticas.

Cancelation Policies

  • Cancellations between 23 hours and 12 hours before are NOT refundable
  • The activities are not canceled due to weather reasons, only if the company considers that it is dangerous to take the tour
  • To cancel due to illness, the client must present medical proof
  • In case of pregnancy, weight limits and required physical condition; check the restrictions of each activity with Frontdesk staff.
  • San Bosco Inn charges the entire activity, in case of not complying with these policies
